Manchester United Football Club Chooses Eatec’s Back-Office Software Solution

Manchester United Football Club is based at the Old Trafford Stadium and is considered one of the finest in the world. Located on Sir Matt Busby Way, the stadium is widely known as “The Theatre of Dreams”. The Club has played host to some of the best players, teams and football contests for almost 100 years. An incredible 1.7 million fans watch the team play at Old Trafford each season. In 2006, the expansion of the stadium’s Northwest and Northeast quadrants were completed and Old Trafford’s capacity has now reached in excess of 76,000, making it one of the most atmospheric and historic stadiums in the world.
EatecNetX will be used for recipe and menu development, purchasing, receiving, inventory control, production management, transfers and requisitions in the stadium’s 72 kiosks, 44 suites, 166 executive boxes, café, buffet operations, coffee shop and back-office kitchen. Sales data will be imported directly from the point-of-sale system for accurate depletion of inventory and accounting data will be exported from EatecNetX to accounts payable and general ledger systems. EatecNetX offers an extensive array of reports at the store, region, concept and company levels.
