Bouchon Restaurants Select Back-Office Solution from Eatec Corporation
EMERYVILLE, CA, June 12, 2007 - Eatec Corporation announced today that Thomas Keller’s Bouchon restaurants have selected EatecNetX as their back-office foodservice solution for their expanding business needs.
Bouchon, first opened as a bistro in 1998 in Yountville, California, was named for the particular style of café that existed in the province of Lyon for centuries. The restaurant, led by executive chef Jeffrey Cerciello, offers authentic French bistro fare with unfailing attention to detail given both ingredients and presentation.
Thomas Keller went on to open an additional Bouchon restaurant in Las Vegas, as well as Bouchon Bakery outposts in Yountville, New York, and most recently Las Vegas. The restaurant group will work with Eatec’s back-office software solution, EatecNetX, for inventory management, purchasing and receiving, recipe costing and analysis, requisitions and transfers with bakery commissary production management and forecasting.
