Gastronomy, Inc. chooses Eatec Corporation as its Back-Office Solution Provider

EMERYVILLE, CA – May 15, 2007 – Gastronomy, Inc., Utah’s premier restaurant company located in Salt Lake City, Utah, has selected Eatec Corporation's back-office software solution, EatecNetX, to manage its foodservice operations.

Initially, Gastronomy will utilize EatecNetX in three of its locations to enhance purchasing, receiving and inventory control processes. In addition, interfaces to both point-of-sale and financial systems will improve business analysis and enterprise reporting. Once back-office routines and procedures are perfected, EatecNetX will be rolled out to all Gastronomy sites.
