Lawrence University Chooses EatecNetX as its Back-Office Software Solution

Emeryville, CA, October 12, 2006 — Lawrence University, located in Appleton, Wisconsin, and one of the nation's best small private colleges, has selected Eatec Corporation's back-office software solution, EatecNetX, to manage its foodservice operations.

EatecNetX will help manage the university’s two kitchens and dining halls, and four retail outlets. The system will be used for recipe and menu development, purchasing, receiving, inventory control, production management, transfers and requisitions. The university will also utilize EatecNetX’s Catering module. Sales data will be imported into EatecNetX from the point-of-sale system in the retail outlets for accurate depletion of inventory, and accounting data will be exported from EatecNetX to the university’s accounts payable and general ledger systems.
