Margaritaville selects EatecNetX to help manage the future

Emeryville, CA, July 25, 2006 – Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville announced today the selection of EatecNetX from Eatec Corporation, a leading provider of back office enterprise technology solutions and services for the hospitality and foodservice industry.

Because EatecNetX encompasses Microsoft software and enterprise technology, Margaritaville chose to install EatecNetX as a hosted system at Eatec's secure data center in Emeryville, CA and maintain Internet connectivity to each Margaritaville restaurant, where daily processes including purchase orders, receiving, physical count data entry and sales forecasting are supported with instantaneous response.
This deployment approach was opted to allow all levels of management to focus their attention on improving controls, standards and business intelligence rather than worrying about installing, updating, and running technology.

Margaritaville will also take advantage of EatecNetX integration capabilities to round out a complete enterprise-level view of their business. Eatec's Exchange Client product will manage POS integration from multiple restaurant POS platforms including Infogenesis, Micros and Aloha as well as a financial accounting interface to Microsoft Dynamics GP.
