University of Maine chooses EatecNetX from Eatec Corporation as its Back-Office Software Solution

Emeryville, CA, April 19, 2005 – – Eatec Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise back-office solutions and services for the hospitality and foodservice industries, announced today that the University of Maine has selected EatecNetX, Eatec’s web-centric software solution.
The University of Maine Department of Auxiliary Services is implementing Eatec’s enterprise foodservice technology to manage the back office for its hospitality and foodservice operations campus-wide. The University will rely on EatecNetX to provide inventory, recipe, sales forecasting, cycle menu planning, purchasing, food production and nutrition management for its extensive operations including catering for conferences, in-house banquet and event management, stadium concessions, residential dining, central bakery and a variety of retail dining outlets including a c-store.
