Eatec Corporation Wins Microsoft Retail Application Developer Award for Best Hospitality Back-Office Solution

Emeryville, CA, June 10, 2003 - Eatec Corporation has been named a winner of a 2003 Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) Retail Application Developer (R.A.D.) Award. The R.A.D. awards recognize application software developers who make the best use of Microsoft technology to provide business benefits to customers in the retail and hospitality industries. Eatec won an award for its leading enterprise solution, EatecNetX, in the "Hospitality Back Office" category.
