Nutrition functions are USDA approved and facilitate evaluation of meal plans and cycle menus for both forecast and post service analysis of the degree to which menu plans meet the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for nutrients and energy for any given age group, while not exceeding certain threshold of calories from fat. Menu planners can make modifications and substitutions with the touch of a few keys until their menus meet the requirements of the regulations.

EatecNetX helps school foodservice operators meet the special challenges of the school foodservice environment enabling them to target budgets at the same time as controlling and reducing food costs, increasing consistency of product and therefore revenues, without a long term increase of labor.
