Operations are complex, with concessions, restaurants, suites catering, hawker/vendor sales, retail merchandise sales, and catering. Multiple point-of-sale systems are usually involved. Purchasing and production, as well as the transfer of items, is typically event driven. This marketplace takes advantage of the following EatecNetX capabilities:

Concessions Management:
There is an optional module for concessions management designed to track movement of inventory from where it is received, to the stands where prepared food is sold. Product movement can be traced from storeroom to stand, between stands, and stand to storeroom. Stand sheets will track beginning inventory, adjustments, transfers in and out, employee meals, waste, and ending counts.

Since concessionaires often require menu items to be priced tax-inclusive, EatecNetX provides an easy means to do so without skewing cost analysis of recipes. EatecNetX retains the net selling price for cost analysis, while using the tax-inclusive price when posting sales. Concessions stand sales can be entered via batch entry or directly imported from point-of-sale devices in the form of ASCII files.

For facilities that track sales indirectly by counting inventory in the stands, EatecNetX automatically estimates sales, and permits the user to verify and adjust the figures before posting. When ending stand inventories are posted, EatecNetX will identify any discrepancies between sales figures and inventory counts. Stands may be opened and closed by event, to facilitate the printing of reports down to the event level.

Historical concessions sales figures can be brought into the sales forecasting function to quickly determine purchasing and production requirements for future events.

An event calendar is included as an integral part of the program. Sales and inventory usage can be recorded by event. Reports can then be run by stand(s), event(s), days, etc.

In-Suites Catering:
There is an optional module for in-suites catering designed for use in stadiums/arenas, racetracks and other facilities with luxury suites. The in-suites catering functions manage the entire process, from order entry, through fulfillment, to billing. This module makes it easy for your clients to order, and makes it easy for staff to manage events. With the in-suites catering module, you will maximize guest service and reach the full potential of all your luxury suites.

The in-suites catering module can be used simply as an order entry and event processing module or it can also tie in with the purchasing, requisitions, transfers and production features available in EatecNetX.

In-suites catering may be integrated with a point-of-sale system or operate as a stand-alone.
