Min. 3 yrs. experience in software problem determination, analysis, and resolution techniques applicable to a multitude of PC operating systems and LAN/WAN environments. In-depth understanding of SQL Server tools and methods. Must be task oriented with superior organizational and communication skills. Experience with Novell networks a plus.
